Why MVRBiz?
A name that carries something personal
The name MVRBiz carries a meaning that matters to me personally. MVR stands for the initials of my family — my wife, myself, and our surname. This business was not built to impress anyone. It was built to provide real value to real organisations, with the same commitment I bring to everything that carries my family's name.
Every project I take on, I take seriously — not because of a contract, but because of what this work represents to me.

2001
Clinical Foundation
Began my career as a Physiotherapist in India within government hospitals, treating complex orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric rehabilitation cases.
2005 - 2015
Clinical Leadership & Business Ownership
Opened and operated my own full-scale physiotherapy clinic for 10 years. Acted as both Lead Clinician and Director—balancing patient recovery pathways while executing staff rosters, complex financial systems, compliance frameworks, and business operations.
2015
Global Transition & Leadership Evolution
Relocated to New Zealand and deliberately chose to understand the local healthcare landscape from the ground up. Completed a Level 7 Diploma in Health Services Management, then worked across Bupa New Zealand as a Caregiver, Senior Assistant, Duty Leader, and Rehabilitation Coach handling traumatic brain injuries.
Simultaneously served as Senior Support Worker and eventual Team Leader with a local Māori community organisation, architecting behavioral support plans for complex neurological needs.
Present Day
The Birth of MVRBiz
After seeing that healthcare consistently faces identical operational breakdowns—such as messy data, reporting systems built on guesswork, and rosters that collapse when someone calls in sick—I built the solution. Combining deep operational clinical experience with expert data tooling (**Power BI, SQL, Advanced Excel**), MVRBiz was founded to fix healthcare operations with absolute precision.

Healing food, family, and Hamilton.
Outside of consulting, I am deeply passionate about healthy cooking and culinary wellness. I research nutritious recipes, explore the intersection of traditional South Asian food wisdom and modern nutritional science, and prepare meals that I believe are as healing as any clinical intervention.
I am based in Hamilton, New Zealand, where I live with my family. I work with clients across New Zealand remotely and in person.
