Privacy Policy
What information is collected
When you fill in the contact form or email directly, MVR Biz collects the information you provide — typically your name, email address, organisation, and the details of your enquiry. No information is collected without you actively submitting it.
How it's used
Information is used only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, and deliver the services you engage MVR Biz for. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Client data & healthcare information
For Healthcare Data Analytics projects, work is carried out using de-identified or aggregate data wherever possible. Any data handling arrangements, confidentiality terms, and data security expectations are agreed with each client before a project begins.
Data storage & retention
Information is retained only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or deliver agreed services, and is stored securely. You can request that your information be deleted at any time by contacting hello@mvrbiz.com.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. New Zealand clients have rights under the Privacy Act 2020; Australian clients have rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) where applicable.
Terms of Service
Services
MVR Biz provides three services: Healthcare Data Analytics, Canva & Wix Design, and Healthcare Career Mentorship. The specific scope of work for each client is confirmed in writing (email is sufficient) before a project begins.
Quotes & payment
All pricing is confirmed after a free consultation and data/scope review. For larger projects, staged payments tied to milestones can be arranged. Work begins once a quote is accepted.
Ownership of deliverables
Once a project is paid in full, clients own the dashboards, reports, websites and design assets delivered. MVR Biz retains the right to showcase non-confidential elements of completed work as portfolio examples, unless otherwise agreed.
Career Mentorship — important note
The Healthcare Career Mentorship service is independent guidance based on personal experience. It is not licensed immigration advice, and MVR Biz is not a Licensed Immigration Adviser (New Zealand) or a Registered Migration Agent (Australia). No outcome — including job offers, visa approval, or settlement — is guaranteed. Clients requiring visa or immigration law advice should engage a licensed immigration adviser or registered migration agent.
Limitation of liability
MVR Biz delivers services with reasonable care and skill, but does not guarantee specific business, employment or migration outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, MVR Biz's liability is limited to the value of the relevant engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without prejudice to any non-excludable rights clients may have under Australian law where services are delivered to Australian clients.
Changes to these terms
This page may be updated from time to time. Continued use of MVR Biz services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
